No. The folds sit on pre-scored creases in the greyboard, reinforced by the wrap material. Boxes are spot-tested through repeated fold–open cycles before production approval.
Magnet positions are held to ±0.5 mm during conversion, and each structure is prototyped and opened dozens of times in sampling before mass production.
