Your signed sample becomes the fixed reference for colour, material and structure — every later check compares against it.

Production & Finishing

Printing, foil, embossing, lamination, die-cutting and assembly run in-house on the lines best suited to your spec.

In-Line Quality Checks

Colour, registration, surface and construction are checked throughout the run at each hand-off — not only at the end.

Final AQL Inspection

Finished units are compared against your signed sample under AQL 1.0/2.5, with photo & video reports before cartons are sealed.
